Welcome! I’m Ashley, the baker behind Wholesome Loaf Bakery.

What began in my Centennial, Colorado kitchen baking for family while homeschooling and raising my children has grown into a cottage bakery serving friends and our local community. I focus on simple, traditional methods: naturally leavened sourdough, long fermentation, and honest ingredients.

Everything is handcrafted from scratch, from my signature loaves with savory and sweet inclusions to big, chewy sourdough bagels, brown-butter chocolate chip cookies, and the Flight Box sampler.
